would absolutely stay here again
The room was clean and surprisingly updated. Air conditioning worked great, which was essential in Phoenix heat. Amenities included a private bathroom, towels, toiletries, and a television. However, the location was sketchy with some questionable folks around. Great for a quick stay if you’re on a budget.

missingWrote a review on Dec 16friendly staffspacious roomsconvenient locationsafety concerns
The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us settle in quickly. We appreciated the spacious rooms, which provided enough space for our family and kids to move around comfortably. The location was convenient too, making it easy to explore local attractions.
In my wife’s opinion, it felt unsafe outside the hotel at night. There were no proper security measures in place, and the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep with young kids. Better security would make it more family-friendly.

The local eats in Phoenix are a treat—sunkissed burritos and killer tacos! Plus, the room size was a sweet spot for a couple to kick back after delicious explorations.
Now, the A/C was a real diva, leaving the room hotter than a summer sidewalk. And with thin walls, hearing next-door drama felt like living in a reality show.

It was just a well-suited match for a passing visit in Phoenix with outstanding value. The sparkling pool really brought a smile to my face. Consider asking for a room away from the highway for less noise.

Budget Stay with Room for Improvement
While the location offers easy highway access, it comes with significant trade-offs. Our group faced noisy neighbors late into the night and a shower that barely functioned. The lack of maintenance was disappointing, but room cleanliness might appeal to budget travelers. Ensure you check amenities beforehand!

It was just a fitting option for a momentary visit in Phoenix with great value for money. The room and sheets seemed clean, which was nice. Just be aware of the noise from above. it's loud when others walk around.

The new front desk staff provided exceptional service, being both professional and attentive. While the outside has been cleaned and painted beautifully, the room still shows signs of needed improvements, with minor discomfort during the stay. Ice machines or vending options would be a welcome addition to improve guest convenience in the ongoing Arizona heat.

never again, so disappointing
The air conditioning was terrible, barely cooled the room which was frustrating. TV was broken with no remote. Found wires hanging from the wall, making it feel unsafe. Had a private bathroom but it was dirty.
